Theatre & Circus Skills Workshop for Barnados Spark Centre 2009

In late 2009 Tax Deductible were asked to run a series of theatre, circus skills, and story telling workshops for children with severe learning difficulties at the Barnados Sparks centre in East London.

Shangri-La - Glastonbury 2009

In 2009 Tax Deductible worked with Continental Drifts to devise a huge, outdoor, improvised performance. Utilising over 50 performers to bring the dystopian, futuristic city of Shangri-la to life.

Crawford Simplkanck's Participatory Freak-Fest and Absinthe Eporium 2008

With a cast of over twenty-five, Tax Deductible rolled into the Secret Garden Party with a merry band of deformed freaks, Balkan DJs, gypsy musicians, saucy bar wenches, magicians and our own brand of interactive party-theatre. Performing sketches, dances, songs, games and séances with live music and a focus on audience participation throughout the night, the Freak-Fest was one of the twisted highlights of the 2008 Secret Garden Party.

Come the Revolutions Tour 2008

Tax Deductible's first foray into the world of party theatre was devised as a marketing tool for the 2008 Secret Garden Party Festival. These manic, interactive shows toured Brighton, Bournemouth, London, The Godiva Festival and Notting Hill Arts Club, before transforming into a much larger project for the Secret Garden Party itself.
